Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands & Nordics region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels and ensuring timely availability of sets ordered/forecast while minimizing undeployed inventory.

Job Description

The successful candidate will develop demand plans for instruments and implants based on CAPEX and sales forecasting, maintaining demand plans on a bi-monthly basis. They will also ensure accurate stock levels and arrange return of unused implants to vendors, leading to improved asset productivity.

You will act as the liaison between the local commercial organization and the Regional Fleet Team, providing key support to the Memphis Set team to ensure timely availability of sets ordered/forecast. This requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a BA/MA degree or equivalent, with three to five years of experience in a similar position. You should possess advanced Excel skills, with strong data analysis and reporting abilities, as well as significant experience in ERP systems, ideally SAP.

Demand forecasting expertise and a customer-focused mindset are essential, along with fluency in English and Dutch or another Nordic language being a plus.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annumBenefits
