Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Inventory Coordinator to join our team at UNIS Group Facilities B.V. in Poland (Wrocław). This is a full-time position with a competitive salary.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and replenishing the stock of electronic components to ensure seamless operations within the department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Electronic component stock management (including board panel parts like capacitors, diodes, LED's, thyristors, zener diodes, IC's, resistors, and transistors);
  • Unpacking, checking, and storing incoming components according to quality manual procedures;
  • Booking incoming components into the system;
  • Supplying colleagues with requested components;
  • Maintaining an up-to-date component database;
  • Collaborating with the purchaser in purchasing processes as needed;
  • Identifying potential bottlenecks and contributing to solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A solid understanding, experience, or strong affinity for electronic components related to Printed Circuit Boards;
  • Prior experience in a similar function, such as stock controller, is an advantage;
  • You must be structured and consider an organized workspace essential;
  • An excellent command of English, both spoken and written; and
  • Good knowledge of Word and Excel.
