Operational Warehouse Coordinator

Join our team at Olympus Business Services sp. z o.o. as an Operational Warehouse Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse services.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all operational warehouse-related inquiries and concerns with our warehouse service provider.
  • Develop and maintain transparency around warehouse performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate interfaces with our warehouse service provider, HQSA, Import, and Procurement teams.
  • Oversee goods reception, goods out, and daily communication processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels on storage locations in the warehouse.
  • Ensure storage locations are clean and bookings are executed efficiently.
  • Manage scrapping and removals, and create KPIs for the warehouse service provider.
  • Summarize daily performance and collaborate with the Warehouse Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  • Perform invoice control and collect incidents for analysis.
  • Analyze patterns and implement improvements to optimize warehouse operations.
  • Participate in regular and ad-hoc calls with stakeholders as needed.
  • Maintain good cooperation with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Verify and update Desktop Procedures (DTPs) and Process Maps.
  • Take action according to assigned tasks and reports.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing warehouse providers remotely and in physical inventory.
  • Knowledge of SAP (MM/SD) is required.
  • Ability to travel 10-20% for warehouse visits.
  • Strong data analysis skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on various topics to support the team.
  • Improvement mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of other tools (Power BI, JIRA, PowerPoint) is an asset.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is required.
  • University degree in Logistics or Business Administration is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
