Job Description

As an Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in driving organizational change through cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement. You will work with project teams to analyze current systems and processes, design strategies for agile best practices adoption, and guide teams to stay on track with agile techniques.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive the organization-wide agile adoption strategy and rollout plans
  • Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement strategies for agile best practices adoption
  • Guide teams to stay on track with agile techniques and fine-tune approaches as needed
  • Work with executives, organizations, leaders, and teams on agile values and principles
  • Evaluate and mentor global product development teams
  • Capture feedback and continuously improve enterprise agile guidance, training materials, and content

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certifications in agile and iterative project methodologies (Lean, Kanban, Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • 5+ years of agile project experience in multiple roles
  • 2+ years of hands-on agile coaching and/or implementation
  • Experience with enterprise planning and product portfolio management
  • Undergraduate Degree and relevant professional experience
  • Clear passion for driving organizational change through cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Experience working in a complex environment interacting with multiple stakeholders in different business units
