About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help us revolutionize the way people sell their homes. This is a high-impact role that will require strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product design, and operations. You'll be responsible for defining the product roadmap and executing initiatives that deliver a scalable, user-friendly, and valuable experience for our partners and customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a product vision that aligns with business objectives and customer needs.
- Become an expert in our products and services, serving as a champion for both our partners and customers.
- Evaluate and prioritize features and programs using lean methodology practices, balancing short-term goals with long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with business, product design, and engineering teams to plan and execute end-to-end solutions.
- Leverage data insights to drive decision-making and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of product management experience in the tech industry.
- A proven track record of delivering successful B2C/B2B products that scale and create delightful customer experiences.
- Data-driven mindset with experience utilizing metrics and insights for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style when working with others across the organization.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to transform challenging problems into actionable ideas.
- Experience in consumer-focused products or products focused on small business users.
