Senior Programme ManagerKey Responsibilities:
  1. Implement a Sustainable Framework: Ensure consistent implementation of regulatory reporting control standards across all relevant scopes, aligning with data policy requirements.
  2. Drive Programme Delivery: Manage plans, milestones, budgets, and resources to prioritize activities and ensure timely execution of programme deliverables.
  3. Coordinate Across Teams: Work closely with various teams to ensure efficient coordination, consistent communication, and effective delivery.
  4. Monitor Progress: Track progress against plans, manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalate as needed.
  5. Governance & Communication: Prepare governance materials with clear, targeted messages for stakeholders.
  6. Support & Improve: Provide programme and project support, prioritize activities, and promote continuous improvement for sustainable embedding of control environments in BAU activities.
Requirements:
  1. Strong programme and project management experience.
  2. In-depth knowledge of regulatory reporting, processes, and controls, or a strong desire to learn.
  3. Understanding of the role of regulators and the context of regulatory reporting.
  4. Finance and regulatory audit background is a plus.
  5. Fully qualified accountant or equivalent preferred.
  6. Problem-solving skills, initiative, and a collaborative mindset.
  7. Proven track record of delivering outcomes for complex projects efficiently.
  8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
