Job Title: Junior Quality Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quality Specialist to join our team at Airbus Helicopters Polska Sp. z o.o.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Raise awareness and competences of employees in the field of Quality Management System (QMS) through training and proactive actions.
  • Contribute to daily cooperation on Quality-related topics, proactively responding to problems by proposing and implementing immediate actions.
  • Prepare and update QMS documentation, including procedures, instructions, and forms, based on standards and internal requirements.
  • Keep QMS registers and records up-to-date.
  • Conduct internal audits as an internal auditor, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Support in planning, organizing, and coordinating activities related to QMS maintenance, including management reviews.
  • Organize corrective actions, verifying their effectiveness and implementing tasks to prevent non-conformities.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000 family of standards.
  • Completed training for internal auditors with a confirmed certificate.
  • Experience in conducting internal audits.
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality or a related field.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational skills, goal-oriented, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
