As a Software Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a vital role in strengthening our team. Your primary focus will be on all aspects of quality, leveraging your technical expertise to implement repeatable processes that ensure painless and continuous delivery of our products and deliverables.

With a strong background in automation testing, you will work alongside Developers and QA Engineers to understand and adopt best practices in test automation. As a clear communicator, you will effectively explain technical topics, issues, and questions to various audiences, ensuring seamless collaboration within the team.

You will shine with your manual and automation testing skills, including writing scripts, implementing test suites, and building pipelines. You will also possess a deep understanding of functional and non-functional aspects of testing, with a focus on automation. And, when necessary, you will know that manual testing can sometimes do the job.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer;
  • Hands-on skills in test automation (Java or JavaScript/TypeScript), API testing, and frontend testing;
  • Experience and understanding of CI/CD (Jenkins or similar);
  • Experience with at least one of the Selenium-based testing framework;
  • Experience testing API endpoints, preferably using REST Assured;
  • Ability to perform both manual and automation testing;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to bring a vision across and get the commitment to move everyone along;
  • Understanding of how to build testing processes inside the team.

Additionally, you will need to live in Kraków or nearby area and be willing to come to the office twice per week.
