We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of BUSINESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR. This position will be responsible for collaborating with the Local Customer Supply Chain organization, ensuring the agreed SLA is met, and acting as a line manager for the Spanish and Portuguese customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Local Customer Supply Chain organization to ensure the agreed SLA is met.
  • Act as a line manager for the Spanish and Portuguese customer service teams.
  • Ensure that activities and processes are carried out in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Proactively seek and share best practices across the HUB and LOC.
  • Report suspected adverse events, quality complaints, or other events related to product safety.
  • Ensure operational cooperation with external partners (Warehouse, distribution, and others).
  • Cooperate with the Local Quality Department.
  • Update BCPs (Business Continuity Plans) and supervise their application in the team, if necessary.
  • Manage archiving documentation related to CS processes in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Ensure relevant trainings are assigned to the team as per the guidance from the LOC quality and LOC Customer Supply Chain.
  • Carry out tasks in the area of Good Distribution Practice.
  • Report cases of deviations in the area of Good Distribution Practice to the Responsible Person.
  • Accept quality and logistic complaints from customers.
  • Forward information on quality and logistic complaints to the Responsible Person.
  • Participate in the process of suspending and withdrawing products from the market.
  • Develop procedures and instructions in the field of Good Distribution Practice.
  • Assist internal audits.
