Job Title: SAP Finance Area Lead

Job Description: As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the SAP Finance team and deliver exceptional services to our clients. As the primary point of contact, you will build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring all client needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You will guide your team to achieve excellence in service delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction and driving long-term success. On a day-to-day basis, you will proactively support business-critical SAP systems and enhance them as per customer needs, particularly within the scope of the SAP Finance module. You will ensure comprehensive documentation of all finance systems and changes, maintaining clear records for internal use and compliance. Additionally, you will lead change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during system updates and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the configuration of SAP FI/CO modules in accordance with best practices and project requirements
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of all finance systems and changes
  • Lead change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption during system updates and enhancements
  • Proactively support business-critical SAP systems and enhance them as per customer needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in SAP FI/CO modules
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within SAP Finance, a proven track record in team management or project delivery
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients
  • Good knowledge of English, German as an asset
  • High analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Independence and commitment to the realization of assigned tasks
  • Strong teamwork skills
