We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our team as a Data Software Engineer, where you will have the opportunity to upskill and expand your expertise in the data field. About the Role
  • You will be employed immediately as a Data Software Engineer from Day 1, in line with your seniority level – not as a beginner but as a qualified professional.
  • This is an exceptional chance to evolve your Python experience with Data knowledge during the first two months.
  • Potential to work on exciting BigData projects upon successfully attaining Databricks certification within just two months of employment (EPAM provided).
Responsibilities
  1. Develop innovative analytical solutions using Cloud Native, Big Data, and NoSQL-centric technologies.
  2. Design and implement Cloud/On-Premise/Hybrid solutions utilizing superior data frameworks.
  3. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand and drive decision-making.
  4. Maintain synergy with architects, technical leads, and key individuals within other functional teams.
  5. Analyze business and technical environmental problems and leverage these insights to design and implement quality technical solutions.
  6. Engage in code reviews and test solutions to ensure adherence to best practice specifications.
  7. Promote and uphold a high-performance engineering culture.
  8. Write comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of Python coding commercial experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • B2+ command of the English language.
