Job Summary

We are seeking a trusted advisor to help our Enterprise customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

This role involves working closely with existing and future Major Accounts across EMEA, providing technical guidance and support to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities include delivering presentations, leading discovery calls, and developing service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of Autodesk infrastructure solutions, including Civil 3D and Infraworks, and experience working with large, demanding customers.

This is a hybrid role, allowing for flexibility in working arrangements, with some travel required to visit and engage with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technically guided presentations and lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs
  • Develop packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption
  • Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve results identified in customer success plans
  • Provide technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics
  • Take a problem management approach, finding opportunities for improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Geospatial technology, or related industry experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Autodesk infrastructure solutions, including Civil 3D and Infraworks
  • Demonstrated design experience in civil engineering projects
  • Fluency in English and other additional European languages
