We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Sourcer to join our Executive Search Team at Allegro sp. z o.o.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Senior Talent Sourcer who can collaborate with our Executive Search Consultants and hiring managers to identify top talent on both local and international markets. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies, leveraging your network and innovative techniques to attract the best candidates.

You will also provide market insights to internal stakeholders, helping them understand trends among executive hires and inform succession planning for critical roles. In addition, you will create and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Executive Search Consultants and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements for top talent on local and international markets
  • Identify and attract best candidates using talent networks and innovative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, GitHub, OSINT)
  • Provide market insights for internal stakeholders to identify top talent for future needs, understand market trends among executive hires, and help with succession planning for most critical roles
  • Create and develop a strong pipeline of potential candidates in the local and global market for current and future opportunities
  • Review applications, conduct screening calls, and provide candidate feedback in line with relevant roles

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in executive search or a related field
  • Experience in running searches for complex recruitment processes for high-level positions on Polish and international markets
  • Effective management skills to handle clients and stakeholders
  • The ability to communicate daily in English (min. C1 level)
Estimated Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is between 120,000 - 160,000 PLN, depending on qualifications and experience.
