About the Role

Codibly Sp. z o.o. Sp.k. is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the e-mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the e-mobility market, leveraging your expertise and network to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business growth strategies, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of our operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B business development, with a strong track record of success in the e-mobility sector.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies, driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent business communication skills (C1-C2 level required).
