Business Development Specialist
XL CATLIN is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our policy management group, you'll be responsible for managing and mentoring a team, building strong business relationships with stakeholders, and attending stakeholder meetings to discuss performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage workload across the team to ensure desired SLAs are achieved
- Build strong business relations with stakeholders
- Attend stakeholder meetings to discuss performance
- Production of monitoring reports and prompt handling of exception items
- Prompt and accurate resolution of data quality issues
- Ensure processes, procedures, and SLAs are met and adhered to
Requirements
- University degree or relevant experience
- Fluency in English and French (both spoken and written) is a must (at least C1 level)
- Proven experience on team leader position
- Computer literate including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other commonly used software
- Inquisitive mind with compelling analytical thinking skills
- Good organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent people skills; communicative and open to new challenges
