Job Description

At Soitron Sp. z o.o., we are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our team.

Your primary responsibilities will include delivering impactful and valuable features operating on a sprint cadence, working end-to-end from concept to design to production with product managers, user experience designers, and other engineers, and participating in the on-call rotation to help solve any issues that may arise from the day-to-day operations of running a service.

Requirements
  • We require at least 5+ years of experience in software engineering in Java.
  • Candidates must have knowledge of data structures, algorithms, enterprise systems, asynchronous architectures.
  • Experience working with complex object (data) models and business rules is essential.
  • The ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • A deep understanding of modern application architecture and integration patterns is necessary.
  • Relational and/or NoSQL Databases experience is required.
  • Professionals must have experience designing and building REST APIs.
  • Collaborative work style, effective communication, and cross-functional teamwork are key qualities.
  • Coding standards, reviews, code management, build processes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing expertise is expected.
  • Delivering commercial software and familiarity with common roles and responsibilities, product and release life cycle, source code, and change management are important.
  • Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
