Project Coordinator Job Description

FOREO is a pioneering beauty-tech company seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential real estate locations that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate site visits to evaluate properties, assessing factors such as foot traffic, accessibility, and surrounding businesses.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including real estate agents, property owners, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including site evaluation reports, meeting minutes, and project status updates.
  • Assist in budget preparation and management, tracking expenses to ensure the project remains within financial constraints.
  • Review and manage contracts with real estate agents and property owners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues impacting project success.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, obtaining necessary permits and licenses.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organizing project files, and managing correspondence.
