Job Title: Project Manager, CRE/BHT, Poland

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Ipsos Poland team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering research projects commissioned by our clients, ensuring quality and timing requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple research projects across various client products and categories
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for project execution, from questionnaire setup to deliverables
  • Coordinate with Ipsos client service team for project briefings, updates, and report quality issues
  • Communicate with end-clients and client service team for project management-related matters
  • Coordinate operational tasks and suppliers involved in the project
  • Ensure project setup and completion activities are accurate and completed on time
  • Contribute to project review meetings and ensure compliance with Ipsos internal procedures

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in quantitative research, preferably in a market research agency or on the client side
  • Graduate in marketing or business school, with good knowledge of market research techniques and methodologies
  • International-minded, team spirit, and multicultural orientation
  • Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Project Management oriented, with multi-tasking and attention to detail
  • Data accuracy and numeracy, quality orientation, and research methodologies and techniques
