Hays Poland Sp. z o.o. is currently seeking a highly skilled Ai Platform Specialist to join our team, with a focus on delivering complex consulting engagements related to Large Language Models. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting infrastructure deployment, setup, and configuration through automation.

The ideal candidate will also have 2+ years of experience working in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data in a customer-facing role, as well as a proven track record of utilizing DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) practices. In addition, they will have extensive knowledge of popular CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, ArgoCD, and Tekton.

The successful candidate will also have experience deploying and configuring Kubernetes, OpenShift, and other cloud-native technologies. They will also have excellent communication skills in English and the ability to gain customer trust, plan, and organize workshops. Experience working in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is highly valued.
