Product Owner - Agile Methodologies and Business Analysis

This position is a contract-based cooperation, not in-house. The type is Full-Time, with a timeline of 3 to 6 months remotely, with possible prolongation. The domain is diverse, depending on your experience, and we will suggest only one project. The team consists of Product Designers, Product Managers, and developers.

There may be a requirement to travel to the client for workshops, and the recruiter will update you about this.

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst/Product Owner to work with us. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in Business Analysis and 1.5 years of experience as a Product Owner, working in cross-functional teams, and driving product success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in the Discovery phase of product development, working closely with stakeholders to define business needs and product scope.
  • Gather, analyze, and document requirements during workshops, interviews, and observations with stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and prioritize product roadmaps, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate the product vision and strategy to the development team and ensure the product backlog reflects the business priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features according to the roadmap, coordinating with development, design, and QA teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical team and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and review sessions with the development team.
  • Monitor progress and report on product KPIs and performance.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in Agile environments.
  • 1.5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
  • Proven experience leading Discovery phases and turning business needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent documentation skills, with experience in creating BRDs, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience in conducting requirements analysis, process modeling, and solution design.
