Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Detection Agent to join our team at Lufthansa Group Business Services Sp. z o.o.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review online and call center bookings to identify potential fraudulent transactions
  • Analyze bookings in various systems and sources, evaluating their legitimacy
  • Conduct thorough investigations into given information, including person, transaction, booking, and payment details
  • Perform background research on the internet to gather relevant information
  • Consult with external and internal partners and applications to verify bookings
  • Decide on fraud/non-fraud cases and initiate respective actions in applicable tools and systems
  • Contact stations for necessary checks or actions, such as passenger verification at airports
  • Initiate and process additional actions, such as BEACH and PERSEUSS
  • Support the fraud management service by identifying new fraud patterns
Requirements
  • Analytical thinking and detective skills
  • Ability to work in shifts and make independent decisions
  • Fluent English language skills (minimum B2 level)
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, self-driven working style
  • Flexibility and ability to work under time pressure
  • Experience in sales audit, refunds, or chargebacks is an asset
  • Knowledge of electronic payment methods and their security issues is an asset
  • Internet researching skills (OSINT approach) is an asset
