Role Description

We are seeking a Sales and Procurement Optimization Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of the department 'Intermodal Pricing & Sales Support' (PL – Katowice), you will be responsible for optimizing our sales and procurement back office. You will work closely with the Supervisor 'Pricing & Sales Support' – eXcellence Center (BE – Genk) to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Your primary responsibilities will include customer contact, analyzing customer needs, making cost calculations and quotations, CRM management, handling and follow-up of tenders, administration of sales and procurement rates in TMS. You will also work in a team with other 'Sales- and Procurement Representatives'.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong problem-solving skills, good time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with our international team. A Bachelor's Degree in logistics or 3 years of professional experience in a similar function is required. You will need to have good knowledge of Polish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Dutch, German, or Italian is a plus.
