Job Title: Technical Customer Support Specialist with German Language Skills

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers who communicate in German.

Responsibilities include supporting customers with security cameras and system usage, assisting via inbound & outbound calls and chats/emails, collaborating with other departments, and handling inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues.

Requirements:
  • Knowledge of German (min. B2) and English (min. B2)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in customer support or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
  • Previous experience working in a technical environment or interest in new technologies
