Job Title: Junior Site Reliability Engineer

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Intelligent Operations team in Warsaw. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational stability and resiliency of our internal IT Data management products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our product development team to improve system reliability and resolve production issues.
  • Work with our data and platform engineers, data architects, and product managers to implement proactive incident detection systems and real-time data stream analysis.
  • Configure and improve systems for observability and monitoring of the platform, automatic classification of events and requests.
  • Operate with understanding of operations processes and guidelines.
  • Lead or participate in projects and initiatives to further improve operational metrics and reliability of solutions being supported.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or a relevant technical industry.
  • Understanding of Cloud infrastructure (Azure).
  • Python programming hands-on experience.
  • Experience with applications based on REST APIs.
  • Ability to debug code and automate routine tasks.
  • Practical knowledge of development tools - code repository systems, deployment automation, project tracking (GitHub, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience in Monitoring and Observability dashboards implementation (knowledge of Grafana/Prometheus will be an advantage).
  • Good analytical and algorithmic and programming skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to learn.

  • Experience with containerized applications.
  • DevOps / Agile experience, certifications.
  • Cloud certifications.
  • Databricks certification.
