As a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Immuno-Oncology, you'll play a critical role in driving our omnichannel strategy forward. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute campaigns that reach specific customer segments and drive business results.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing omnichannel strategies and tactics.
  • Prioritizing digital campaigns and tactics based on customer needs.
  • Defining and measuring campaign success using metrics plans.
  • Driving tactical plans to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
  • Supporting Brand Teams in identifying customer segments and mapping preference scores.
  • Ensuring seamless communication among Brand Teams, internal/external production partners, and Strategy & Operations.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong understanding of omnichannel/customer engagement and innovation.
  • Solid experience in digital marketing, including developing and executing omnichannel strategies and tactics.
  • Robust analytical skills, with the ability to implement robust metrics and analyze data to provide actionable insights.
  • Agility to learn new tools and processes.
  • Experience using modular content creation.
  • Innovative and inquisitive nature to ask questions, offer bold ideas, and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong ability to effectively communicate and influence individuals and cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.
