DevOps Infrastructure Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Infrastructure Architect to join our team at ADB Polska. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud and on-premises environments.

With over 28 years of experience in the market, we have created products for over 200 global Pay-TV and broadband operators, working with technology leaders to deliver innovative solutions. Our team consists of experienced subject-matter experts, with 90% holding university degrees and some with PhDs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Optimizing our infrastructure definition for availability, performance, and cost-effectiveness
• Designing and implementing IaaC solutions to ensure reliable management of our cloud and on-premises environments
• Monitoring production and test systems to identify issues before they affect customers
• Enhancing our Continuous Integration pipelines to reduce development and testing time
• Collaborating with Development and QA teams worldwide to deliver high-quality solutions

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in a software-related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of DevOps or Site Reliability experience
• Familiarity with Linux, containerization, and common internet protocols
• Expert knowledge of AWS cloud services, including networking aspects, EC2, Load Balancing, RDS, S3, Route53, and EKS
• Mastery over Kubernetes and EKS
• Comfortable with programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Go, or others
• Experience managing OpenSearch clusters and proficiency in monitoring and logging tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Logstash
• Good English language skills, with Polish being an asset

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous holiday, vacation, and sick time, and company match up to 4% on retirement savings plan.
