We are seeking a dedicated Programmatic Junior Specialist to join our team in Offshore Hub Poland. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns across various platforms.

Your Responsibilities
  • Co-create and implement communication strategies in audience planning for our clients.
  • Purchase and monitor online media campaigns.
  • Create recommendations and presentations for our clients.
  • Analyze target groups and optimize ongoing advertising activities.
  • Prepare reports on executed campaigns.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • At least 6 months of experience in digital marketing.
  • Openness to learning DSP platforms and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for deriving insights from data to inform optimization strategies.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate evolving campaign goals and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Polish is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Resides in one of the following cities: Warsaw, Krakow, or Poznan.
Estimated Salary

Based on industry standards and location, the estimated salary for this position is around €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
