About the Position

We are seeking an experienced SAP P2P Functional Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and solutions across the SAP P2P platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver top-notch service and solutions across the SAP P2P platform
  2. Streamline the functionality of SAP P2P to improve and optimize performance for business teams
  3. Ensure smooth operation of procurement and logistics IT applications for the company
  4. Provide support and consulting to internal business units and customers in procurement activities
  5. Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for user groups
  6. Design and implement new P2P functionality and enhancements
  7. Automate processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives in SAP P2P
  8. Collaborate with Business Process Owners and stakeholders to understand their needs, identify gaps, and improve effectiveness continuously
  9. Drive analysis of impact to procurement of requested changes
  10. Create high-quality solution documentation, including functional specifications
  11. Configure and build SAP S/4HANA P2P solutions
  12. Maintain expertise in SAP S/4HANA P2P and integrated modules/products
  13. Participate in design discussions with clients and lead design and process discussions
  14. Resolve issues post go-live and transition to support

Requirements:

  • Experience in SAP P2P or related fields
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Languages: English (required), German (desirable), Polish (desirable)
