Ingersoll-Rand plc is seeking a talented Inside Sales Ambassador to join our Precision & Science Technologies team. As the primary point of contact for external leads, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our business lines while driving positive Net Promoter Scores and improved lead handoff processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead Response: Assess incoming leads and swiftly close them personally or direct them to relevant teams, ensuring a consistently positive experience.
- Follow-Up Management: Actively track warm leads, liaise with teams, and pursue resolution to win or loss outcomes.
- CRM Oversight: Maintain and optimize the CRM system, efficiently manage databases, and analyze conversion metrics to enhance performance.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Foster a positive interaction for all inbound inquiries, contributing to improved Net Promoter Scores.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize sales lead processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Channel Communication: Prepare and deliver channel communication, collaborate with Sales Enablement Managers, and own post-communication analysis.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales & service experience, or equivalent.
- Direct experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems desired.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to speak technical requirements, and self-driven, confident, team-oriented attitude.
- English fluency plus another European language required.
