Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team working in Warsaw, Poland as an Inside Sales Representative. You will focus mainly on existing clients but also on new ones. Your primary duties include understanding the clients' needs, preparation of recertification offers, and constant customer care. You will learn and understand the whole product portfolio and help clients achieve their goals and overcome their challenges by utilizing BSI's portfolio. You will become part of the System Certification Sales Team consisting of BDMs and Inside Sales.

Job Purpose

To support the system certification team members in achieving their sales objectives, managing the sales cycle, prospecting, sending out contracts, and negotiating.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ongoing service to existing clients.
  • Proactively network with existing customers to sell additional BSI products.
  • Grow business database through prospective sales calls and emails to non-BSI customers.
  • Execute BSI sales process to investigate, explore, and understand customer needs in order to sell relevant products/services.
  • Identify the correct resource to meet the customer requirements.
  • Plan on a short term to achieve immediate performance goals.
  • Maintain sales activity data in the CRM ensuring that all inquiries are progressed to conclusion.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
  • Higher education degree.
  • Experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of certification.
  • Fluency in Polish (Native level or C2 proficiency) is required.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English – min. B2 level).
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and expectations.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience of using a CRM system in a previous sales role.
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
