EcoVadis SAS is seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Enablement professional to join its growing team in Warsaw. As an Inside Sales Enablement Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the Services of Engagement (SEN) organization by developing and executing strategies to enable various SEN teams.
Working closely with SEN leaders, training teams, and cross-functional partners, you will identify opportunities for improvement, design impactful and measurable enablement programs, and ensure alignment with business objectives. With a focus on strategic planning, content development, training, process optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and performance measurement, this role requires a blend of skills and expertise.
Responsibilities and Requirements:- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; 5+ years of experience in inside sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles within a SaaS, technology, or B2B environment; Deep understanding of inside sales methodologies, processes, and tools; Proven track record of designing and implementing successful inside sales enablement programs that drive measurable results; Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously; Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
