About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our inside-sales team in Warsaw. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads from marketing and accepting them into the sales pipeline.

You will work closely with the business development team to ensure that our company's sales goals are met. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails, managing leads through the sales pipeline, and identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company
  • Setting appointments and following up on leads
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Tracking progress towards meeting goals and reporting to managers
  • Collaborating with the business development team to develop strategies for reaching targets
  • Staying up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (account acquisition, business development or sales)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
