Job Title: Digital Sales Representative with German-English, Warsaw

 

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Digital Sales Representative to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for servicing and enhancing relationships with current and future customers, while achieving revenue quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and strategize how to manage and upsell accounts;
  • Contact existing customers for consultations;
  • Work in a target-driven environment with individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team to increase the customer base;
  • Problem solve and consult with clients to provide the best-selling solution for their advertising campaigns and encourage them to try new marketing strategies;
  • Navigate clients to implement campaign suggestions;
  • Build strong and trusting relationships with clients by optimizing their accounts using analytical skills while increasing program revenue;
  • Meet daily productivity requirements (KPIs) while contributing to the overall team sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both German and English;
  • Goal orientation;
  • Computer savvy;
  • Reside in or relocate to Warsaw or Krakow.

  • Base wage of 10,000 PLN plus quarterly performance-based commission;
  • Relocation package: 2,000 PLN net;
