As a Business Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation, working closely with prospects and customers to understand their needs and tailor our solutions to meet those needs.

About the Job:
  • You'll be responsible for developing strong relationships with prospects and customers, understanding their pain points, and positioning Jitterbit's solutions as the best fit for their needs.
  • You'll learn and master Jitterbit's process and tools, including CRM, Salesloft, and other necessary systems.
  • You'll develop and execute tailored messaging and outreach strategies to engage targeted audiences.
  • You'll work closely with sales and marketing teams to meet monthly goals, build pipeline, and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of sales experience as a BDR selling SaaS, including cold calling.
  • Knowledge and passion for cloud-based products, technology, and SaaS.
  • Fluent in English and German.
