Job Summary: Ingersoll-Rand plc is expanding its Precision & Science Technologies team and seeks an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to integrate the Europe and Africa Sales Enablement Team. This role involves serving as the initial point of contact for website-generated leads, assessing their potential, and swiftly closing them personally or directing them to the appropriate team member.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Manage Lead Response: Serve as the first point of contact for external leads, assess their potential, and respond promptly to ensure a consistently positive customer experience.
  2. Ensure Follow-Up Management: Actively track warm leads within the company, liaising with relevant teams, and pursuing resolution to win or loss outcomes.
  3. Oversight of CRM System: Maintain and optimize the CRM system, managing databases efficiently and analyzing conversion metrics to seek areas for performance enhancement.
  4. Contribute to Customer Experience Enhancement: Foster a positive interaction for all inbound inquiries, contributing to improved Net Promoter Scores.
  5. Sales Process Refinement: Continuously refine and optimize sales lead processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Prepare Channel Communication: Collaborate with Sales Enablement Managers to prepare and deliver relevant channel communication, including newsletters and event invitations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of sales & service experience, or equivalent.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to speak technical requirements, and self-driven, confident, team-oriented attitude.
  • English fluency plus another European language required.
