Job Summary
The Sales Training Manager will play a critical role in designing and delivering comprehensive training programs that focus on selling skills, value-based sales approaches, and key account management capabilities. This role requires a highly skilled trainer who can work closely with the Sales & Marketing Directors in each region to identify knowledge gaps and skill development needs for partner sales teams, customizing training content to address those requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs that enhance the business acumen and selling capabilities of our sales teams.
- Develop impactful training materials, presentations, and resources that align with the company's sales goals and objectives, ensuring that content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Lead engaging workshops and training sessions that empower our Partner partners sales teams to deliver value-based solutions to our customers.
- Teach effective selling techniques, objection handling, and consultative selling approaches that enable our sales teams to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue based on value.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience within the healthcare industry as a field trainer, ideally with Partner sales teams.
- Proven experience as a business acumen and selling skills trainer or in a similar role within a sales or corporate environment.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for easy comprehension.
- Proficiency in utilizing training software, multimedia tools, and interactive learning platforms.
- An analytical mindset with the capability to derive insights from data.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
