About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team in Warsaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and leading a portfolio of customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop customer business plans to drive sales growth
- Develop, sell, and evaluate joint business plans with customers to deliver sales critical metrics
- Lead your portfolio to achieve sustainable volume and value growth using trade funds
- Demonstrate customer-specific knowledge to inform P&G initiative planning
- Deploy multifunctional resources and funds against clearly defined customer-specific value creation and in-store presence opportunities
- Perform operational work related to day-to-day business, including volume forecasting, customer reports, updates on trade and competition, budgets management
- Analyze and recommend new ideas to improve sales in given categories
- Build category in-depth understanding across the team
- Build collaborative business relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven success as a Key Account Manager ideally in an FMCG environment
- Attitude of continuously striving for excellence and ability to take calculated risks to achieve superior results
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills, together with ability to influence others
- Agility to provide clear direction to sales teams to drive best-in-store execution
- Very good negotiation skills with proven track record of success
- Valid driver's license (active driver)
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
