Regional Director of Sales and Marketing

Touchstone International Medical Science Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of medical devices and equipment, and we are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth;
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including end-users, opinion leaders, and academic associations;
  3. Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and improve business outcomes;
  4. Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for growth and improvement;
  5. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies;
  6. Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.

Requirements:

  1. At least 10 years of experience in the hospital/medical field;
  2. At least 5 years in a similar role (mandatory requirement);
  3. Strong leadership and communication skills;
  4. Familiarity with public and private hospital procurement processes;
  5. Proven planning and organizational skills;
  6. Good knowledge of English;
  7. Familiarity with the General Surgery market and promoting commercializing products within the assigned area;
  8. Good knowledge and command of scientific literature;
  9. Able to interact with the surgical community and provide assistance in the operating room;
  10. Able to build relationships;
  11. Flexibility, autonomy, result-orientation and proactivity.
