Head of International Sales Development

As a seasoned Head of International Sales Development at BIURO DORADCZE, you'll have the opportunity to shape our e-commerce sales strategy and drive growth in new European markets.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Crafting a comprehensive strategy for entering and expanding in foreign markets with e-commerce sales,
- Establishing critical internal business relationships and processes,
- Driving business growth on export markets,
- Evaluating the necessary legal, logistical, and commercial requirements for starting a business case,
- Developing and implementing sales targets to increase sales,
- Overseeing daily online sales performance in foreign markets,
- Responsibility for operating the e-commerce platform in international markets.
To excel in this role, you'll require:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, supported by successes and a strong professional network,
- Market-specific knowledge in various countries,
- The ability to identify local needs and develop targeted sales initiatives,
- Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies for export markets and collaborating successfully with international business partners,
- Understanding of digital marketing's role in business operations,
- Knowledge of logistics and operational aspects related to foreign trade,
- Independence in decision-making,
- Ability to work within a matrix structure,
- Excellent English language skills.
