As a seasoned Head of International Sales Development at BIURO DORADCZE, you'll have the opportunity to shape our e-commerce sales strategy and drive growth in new European markets.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting a comprehensive strategy for entering and expanding in foreign markets with e-commerce sales,
  • Establishing critical internal business relationships and processes,
  • Driving business growth on export markets,
  • Evaluating the necessary legal, logistical, and commercial requirements for starting a business case,
  • Developing and implementing sales targets to increase sales,
  • Overseeing daily online sales performance in foreign markets,
  • Responsibility for operating the e-commerce platform in international markets.

To excel in this role, you'll require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, supported by successes and a strong professional network,
  • Market-specific knowledge in various countries,
  • The ability to identify local needs and develop targeted sales initiatives,
  • Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies for export markets and collaborating successfully with international business partners,
  • Understanding of digital marketing's role in business operations,
  • Knowledge of logistics and operational aspects related to foreign trade,
  • Independence in decision-making,
  • Ability to work within a matrix structure,
  • Excellent English language skills.
