This role requires a dynamic and results-driven Director of Energy Efficiency Marketing to define, lead, and execute cluster-wide marketing strategies across all Sales Companies in the Cluster. This individual will be responsible for driving marketing results, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong connections between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define Cluster Marketing Strategies: Develop and drive cluster-wide marketing strategies to achieve consistent execution across all Sales Companies within the Cluster.
  • Project Management: Oversee the marketing outcomes of various projects across the cluster, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution.
  • Identify Market Opportunities: Recognize opportunities to reach new customer segments, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Cluster President, local MDs, and the Global marketing team to maintain alignment between local and global strategy and marketing & sales organization.
  • Collaborate Across Sales and Marketing: Build a strategic bridge between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring effective collaboration to drive business growth.
  • Lead Marketing Teams: Inspire and lead the Marketing Cluster organization, ensuring the team is equipped to support all business needs and marketing disciplines (digital, brand, content, events, etc.).
  • Manage Annual Planning: Oversee the annual marketing planning process for the Cluster, working closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment and resource allocation.
  • Measure Performance: Track and measure marketing performance across the cluster, providing regular updates to senior leadership on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
