About This Role

We are looking for a skilled E-commerce Manager to lead our DTC marketing efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing, customer retention strategies, and Shopify. You should be a strong communicator and team player, able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-performance video ads for social media platforms and YouTube
  • Optimize video ad performance using key performance indicators, focusing on hooks, CTAs, pacing, and storytelling structures to maximize sales
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends to innovate and enhance campaign performance
  • Implement effective pacing and transitions to engage specific target audiences
  • Analyze data-driven insights to refine video ads, tailoring visuals to the target audience and conversion metrics

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in video editing, preferably within an e-commerce or creative agency
  • Demonstrable video editing ability and creativity with a strong portfolio

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere), and Canva
