Job Title: Java Developer

We are seeking a skilled Java Developer to join our agile team dedicated to the development and maintenance of Java-based applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop web-based applications that expose APIs for the Bank, focusing on backend development.
  • Develop mid-tier solutions using Java Spring Boot to enable frontend functionalities.
  • Create interfaces to bridge frontends with backends, involving understanding complex business requirements and digital finance data processes.
  • Optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
  • Lead technical discussions, focusing on customer impact and ensuring high technical quality.
  • Work within a dynamic agile team structure alongside business analysts and application operation experts.
  • Participate in regular scrum ceremonies.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Maven.
  • Experience with frontend-backend integration using API/REST.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and architectural concepts.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, React, JavaScript, and Ajax.
  • Awareness of secure coding practices.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, Node.js, and Maven.
  • English language proficiency at the B2 level.
