Job Title: International Employer Branding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled International Employer Branding Specialist to join our team at Bonprix Sp. z o.o. in Lodz, Poland.

About the Role

As an International Employer Branding Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing international employer branding strategies, content production, and international projects to strengthen and position our employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of international employer branding strategies, content production, and international projects to strengthen and position our employer brand.
  • Support the internationalisation of the European career website, including service provider management, reporting, and communication.
  • Contribute to content production in the integrated set-up and manage this for the social presences of the countries.
  • Design, manage, and measure the success of target group campaigns.
  • Work with your Employer Branding colleague located in Hamburg to internationalise the bonprix Employer Branding, including the development of a strategy and local adaptations for our locations in France, Italy, Poland, and Germany in all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with colleagues from Employer Branding and Corporate Communications in an international set-up to drive international Employer Branding topics forward.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in communication sciences or a comparable qualification.
  • Have already gained experience in Employer Branding in an international context.
  • Have skills in content production (video and photo editing, as well as copywriting) and performance marketing.
  • Be business fluent in English, with a good knowledge of German desirable.
  • Have already gained experience in project management.
  • Be a creative with analytical, conceptual skills, and an international mindset.
