Business Partner for People and Organisation

As a Business Partner for People and Organisation, you will play a key role in supporting the management and employees of Bonprix Sp. z o.o. in Lodz. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive advice and support, working on international projects, and being responsible for recruiting and serving as the central point of contact for the headquarters in Hamburg.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide holistic consulting services to specialist departments, including advice on organisational development and change processes.
  • Support the recruitment of specialists and be the central point of contact for the headquarters in Hamburg.
  • Contribute to the development of the organisation, including personnel and organisational development, and be a consultant, sparring partner, and designer.
  • Work actively with the specialist departments and international interfaces within the Group to achieve common goals.
  • Bring a lot of yourself to the table, rethink things, and leave existing paths to shape the future of Bonprix Sp. z o.o.

Requirements

  • You have a degree in HR, business, or a comparable qualification.
  • You have relevant experience in HR, including holistic consulting for specialist departments.
  • You have experience in supporting organisational development and change processes, as well as in the recruitment of specialists.
  • You have good knowledge of employment law, a confident handling of Microsoft Office, and very good English skills.
  • You are characterised by a high level of consulting competence and service orientation, as well as a future- and solution-oriented way of thinking.
  • You have strong organisational and communication skills.
  • You enjoy collaborative tasks and challenges and have a good dose of energy and motivation.
