About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Services Specialist to join our team at Tate & Lyle Global Shared Service in Łódź. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and stakeholders, ensuring seamless HR processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide primary point of contact for Workday queries and advisory services to employees and managers.
- Administer HR processes, including database management, reporting, and system administration.
- Support stakeholders in resolving issues through the Case Management system.
- Conduct testing and provide production support for Workday and other HR systems.
- Act as a techno-functional point of contact between HR and other functional departments.
- Conduct system audits and process automation involvement.
- Administer bulk uploads for massive changes and maintain organizational structure.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance management, and HR/People Services internal knowledge database administration.
- Collaborate with the HRIS team to resolve technical issues.
- Administer bonus and base preparation, and provide reporting management.
- Assure process compliance with corporate policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Develop, standardize, harmonize, and improve end-to-end processes.
- Seek opportunities for improving HR customer experience and contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
- Maintain and build good relationships with stakeholders.
- Participate in internal meetings and conferences with co-workers from business.
- Complete other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements
- Experience with data entry and processing using Workday or other ERP systems.
- HR-systems related processes knowledge.
- Fluent English.
- Excel knowledge.
- Customer Service skills.
- Great teamwork and communication skills.
- SAP knowledge is an asset.
