About This Role


Takeda Business Solutions is seeking a People Experience Manager to develop and deliver a robust and best-in-class People Experience strategy and operational plan.


The successful candidate will collaborate with People Solutions leadership and operational teams to set People Experience targets aligned with goals and KPIs, leveraging data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and execute targeted action plans.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and deliver People Experience strategy and operational plan
  • Collaborate with People Solutions leadership and operational teams to set People Experience targets
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and execute targeted action plans
  • Provide People Experience expertise and training to operational teams
  • Design and implement People Experience measurement framework
  • Foster a culture of accountability and excellence in People Solutions
  • Lead communication and change management strategies
  • Manage the onboarding program for People Solutions
  • Guide the People Solutions Team Leaders community
  • Collaborate with TBS leadership to standardize the collection of People Experience feedback
  • Build and lead a thriving People Experience community
  • Align People Experience activities with the TBS stakeholder engagement model
  • Support leadership meetings and reviews by providing People Experience insights
  • Partner closely with HR to ensure alignment with shared HR processes

About You



  • Proven success in stakeholder-facing roles with expertise in fostering collaborative relationships and delivering exceptional People Experience outcomes
  • Process knowledge in HR domains, including Payroll and Employee Life Cycle Management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead People Experience transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Experience in a shared services organization, with preference for HR domain expertise
  • Ability to influence and drive organizational change, guiding teams through change initiatives and improving employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, adept at conveying complex ideas clearly and engaging stakeholders across diverse audiences
  • Flexible, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and lead transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strategic, analytical, and forward-thinking abilities, with a focus on solution-oriented results
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and adaptable
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
