About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Professional to join our Finance Department in Warsaw, Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our finance systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Management: Assist in the delivery of billing services to European Partners, including invoice delivery and cash collection.
  • Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage vendor master data, and ensure timely payments.
  • General Ledger: Reconcile intercompany accounts, manage bank statements, and prepare VAT reports.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze management accounts, prepare performance reports, and implement business intelligence solutions.
  • Finance Systems: Maintain and develop our finance systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Procurement: Identify suppliers, manage procurement processes, and optimize costs.
  • Treasury: Manage short-term cash, intra-group funding, and external funding.
  • Financial Consolidation & Audit: Support external auditors, prepare financial statements, and draft reporting policies.
  • Tax: Manage tax risks, identify tax opportunities, and ensure compliance.
