Senior Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Specialist to join our team at Tedee. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving financial excellence and supporting our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Process Management: Oversee and optimize financial processes, including financial documentation, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Accounts Receivable and Payable Control: Manage financial liquidity, verify payments and obligations, and process payments.
  • Financial Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements in accounting processes, collaborate on new system implementations, and optimize financial tools.
  • Collaboration with External Institutions: Communicate with financial institutions, banks, and government bodies, including tax settlements and cooperation with external accounting firms.
  • Cash Flow Management: Work with investors, the board, and the legal team to secure necessary documentation for funding rounds.
  • Collaboration with Sales and Logistics Teams: Support day-to-day decisions related to invoicing and payments.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
  • Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong ability to analyze and interpret financial data, and excellent knowledge of tax regulations and accounting principles.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
