Job Description

A career opportunity has arisen for a Site Management Associate to join our team at PSI CRO.

About the Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to provide key support for clinical research projects, working closely with investigative sites and internal departments.
  • Responsibilities include maintaining databases, tracking systems, and managing large volumes of documents.
  • The successful candidate will serve as the primary communication point for site teams, coordinating query resolution, project training, and system access.
  • Ongoing tasks will also include arranging meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, and handling incoming correspondence efficiently.

About You:

  • A College/University Degree in Life Sciences is required, with prior administrative experience in Clinical Research/CRO environment preferred.
  • Full proficiency in English and Polish languages is essential, along with standard MS Office application skills.
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
