About the Role

The Financial Controller will be responsible for developing, preparing, analyzing, and presenting budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance. This includes developing customer profitability analysis to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting/finance, with a minimum of 5 years as a Finance Controller. A graduate with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is required. The Financial Controller will also be responsible for driving costing activities, documenting and training people on key processes, and ensuring rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter. The role requires a strong understanding of tax computations and processes, as well as knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment. Good written and oral English skills are essential.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop, prepare, analyze, and present budgets and current and forecasted results of financial performance.
  • Develop customer profitability analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Drive costing activities, including preparing price quotations and cost analysis.
  • Document and train people on key processes supporting the main internal control cycle.
  • Ensure rules are followed strictly in the controlled perimeter.
  • Develop and maintain an effective system of internal control for safeguarding company assets.

Requirements

  • Experience in accounting/finance, with a minimum of 5 years as a Finance Controller.
  • Graduate with a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of tax computations and processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good written and oral English skills.
